This one’s a little different, and we love it for that. Grown in Ijen Bondowoso, East Java, this naturally processed coffee went through a 120-hour anaerobic fermentation, bringing out some pretty unique flavours like rose apple, pear, and dried fig.
It’s made from the Hybrid Laurina varietal and shows just how exciting East Java’s highland coffees can be. Juicy, sweet, and full of character, this is the kind of coffee that keeps you coming back for another sip.
