SIRINYA FARM CHIANG RAI HONEY JOYNFUL

We feature 2 exceptional coffee beans directly brought into Singapore by us from the truly talented team at Sirinya Coffee. This is a family-run specialty coffee farm. The farm sits in the mountains approximately 1450 metres above sea level inthe Chiang Rai province. They are committed to the local community in Doi Chang and its land preservation, with a relentless pursuit of excellence in every facet of coffee production.

The Joynful process was born of an accidental discovery, when anaerobic fermentation was unintentionally carried out longer than what was believed to be ideal. The team were originally pained that the batch would be wasted, but was overjoyed that the beans were not only useable, but in fact uniquely delicious - hence putting ‘joy’ in the process name. We hope you taste the farmers’ pride and joy with notes of pink apple, cocoa and black tea in this bean.
